Returns & Exchanges

At Yugi-Market, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or use our guest portal with your order ID to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items back into their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from our portal, then securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
